Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. Please note that processing times do not include shipping times.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping; however, we reserve the right to remove free shipping for any products at our discretion.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to check with your local customs office for potential charges before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to incorrect addresses unless the customer opts not to have the item re-shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders, issues can sometimes occur.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still not found after 48 hours, please contact us at pinkeystickey@gmail.com

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged package and its contents immediately upon receipt. Send these photos along with your order number to [Your Customer Service Email]. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
